General guidelines for competitive sessions

  1. Registration is mandatory for all those who are participating in the competitive sessions
  2. Abstract of paper presentations should reach the scientific committee on or before 16th September 2023.
  3. Kindly provide the valid e-mail address at the time of submission, as further correspondence about the acceptance of abstract shall be intimated through the provide e-mail ID. Organiser will not be responsible for the failed or delayed communication to the authors due to wrong or misspelled email ID.
  4. Please follow the instruction for the individual award categories as mentioned below for the preparation and submission of abstract as well as for the final presentation
  5. Decision of the scientific committee will be final
  6. Kindly submit the abstracts along with delegate registration number.

Terms and conditions:

  1. PG student must submit letter from HOD & photocopy of MCI registration certificate along with registration form
  2. For any kind of participation i.e. Academic Sessions/ workshops/ Poster & Paper presentation, Registration for conference is compulsory.
  3. Children above 5 years of age have to be registered as accompanying person and entry into conference hall is not allowed.
  4. Spot registration is strictly by cash or UPI. No cheque/DD/Credit card will be accepted.
  5. Registration fees includes participation in scientific session, printed material of conference, access to exhibition area, invitation to inauguration & Banquet, Lunch and Tea/Coffee as indicated in the programme.
  6. The accompanying person will not be entitled for certificate and kit and are not allowed inside the scientific sessions.
  7. Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to delegate/ associate delegate/ PG student.
  8. Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with conference secretariat.
  9. Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates for Security Reasons to enter the conference Area.
